Shipping:
All watches are shipped by either Fedex or DHL at our discretion. Shipping fees are free but customs, taxes or VAT will be borne by the buyer. Shipping to the USA will not incur any extra duties or tariffs.
Returns:
We accept returns on brand new and unworn watches within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping will be covered by the buyer. Please contact us before initiating a return.
Every Zelos is covered by a 1 year international warranty which covers any defects from manufacturing or movement issues from normal use. Please write in to us at hello@zeloswatches.com if you need any help with your watch.
